We assess the complexity and send you a fixed-price quote within 48 hours, with a precise delivery timeline. No unpleasant surprises along the way.
Scoping & confidentiality
Signature of the confidentiality agreement, payment of the deposit, and opening of your secure upload space. You transmit your data there — assumptions, contract, PPA, financing structure — safely: nothing travels through open e-mail. We first understand the logic of the project, before opening the spreadsheet.
Build or audit
We build the model to IFI standards (traceable assumptions, standard ratios, an audit trail for every figure), or we audit your existing model. Regular checkpoints to validate together.
Delivery & revisions
The model and its methodology note are deposited in your secure space. A revision cycle is included to incorporate any comments from the lender or funder. The complete deliverable is handed over upon settlement of the balance.
